Lawsuit over student’s attempted suicide can continue

“Before Lancaster could rebut attorney D. Stephenson Schwinn’s dismissal motion on behalf of Loudoun School for Advanced Studies and Sylvia Israel, former head of school, Judge James E. Plowman denied the motion in Loudoun Circuit Court on Oct. 7. The lawsuit, which contains claims including intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence, was filed in July…”
