Josie Jensen

Joslyn “Josie” Jensen is an associate attorney at WhitbeckBennett. After graduating from the University of Nebraska in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Joslyn received her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2022.

Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, she discovered her passion for advocacy at an early age. During college, Joslyn helped to start a nonprofit that collected and donated socks to people in need. Meeting and listening to the stories of the individuals helped by the non-profit reaffirmed her desire to be an advocate for families.

While in law school, Joslyn actively participated in the Poverty Law Clinic, Trial Advocacy Association, Pro Bono Society, and the Mason Law Disability Initiative.

Joslyn joined WhitbeckBennett as a law clerk right after law school, where she received mentorship and experience working on various family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, and child support.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Joslyn enjoys playing volleyball in intramural leagues, exploring the great outdoors through hiking expeditions, and cherishing quality time with her husband and their two cats.
