Abby Tree

Abby is a recent graduate of Regent University School of Law and has recently sat for the Virginia Bar Exam. She earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish from Brigham Young University in 2022 before going on to pursue her law degree, building a foundation that has shaped both her legal practice and her connection to the communities she serves.

Fluent in Spanish, Abby has worked primarily with Spanish-speaking clients throughout her career, bringing clear communication and genuine care to every stage of the legal process. She approaches each case with attentiveness and a client-first mindset, striving to understand what matters most to those she represents and working toward the outcome that best fits their needs.

Outside of the office, Abby can usually be found with a book in hand or catching up on the latest movies. She has a deep love for storytelling in all its forms, and when she’s not diving into a new read, she enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that’s a hike or a road trip.
